I know I've been pretty quiet but it's not like I could update much with everything effectively paused until Level 2 was on the horizon. I have also struggled with the impact of lockdown life so I have been doing what I can to avoid a downward spiral. So, while some things are still up in the air, I at least have a gauge for when I can make final calls on what will and won't go ahead. And will provide a commentary of where things are at as things currently stand.
Winter Escape 2020: Happening!
26-29 June, Rotorua
As this is under ten people, and at the end of June, I am proceeding with running this event. This is a mini getaway focused on stash busting and I think will be a very welcome escape after surviving lockdown.

2020 National Tour including Geek & Stitch: Likely to Proceed
National Tour: 23 Aug - 3 October
Geek & Stitch: 11-13 September
As this doesn't kick off until late August, I am hopeful that this will proceed as planned. However, if Geek & Stitch goes ahead, it may be a downscaled version.
I've left the itinerary live as with things as they are, we are on track for going ahead but I will need to record all event visitors for contact tracing obligations. You can view the itinerary here.
Even if tour doesn't go ahead, I'd still look at proceeding with Geek & Stitch as it takes place mid September and will also be a great way to help get tourism back on its feet after being hard hit first. Click here for more info.
I am working on Plan B for both events.
Wool on Water 2021: Likely to Proceed
26 Feb - 2 Mar 2021
As this is next year, I am quite optimistic that this can proceed as it is a domestic cruise. People are understandably cautious about cruise ships right now, and I will be following government guidelines in order to determine whether this will go ahead.
If you're keen to stay in the loop, there is a dedicated group for this event on Facebook. Click here to join.
you can now provide anonymous feedback!
It was brought to my attention during lockdown that this wasn't previously possible, and if you have had a less than stellar experience - I'm sorry. But if I don't know about what went wrong, I can't fix it. So I've set up a form so you can let me know.
You can also let me know about stuff that went well! If you don't want to put your name to a public review, please use the anonymous form. It means I've got it in writing (testimonials are always helpful) OR if you don't mind putting your name on it, please leave me a review on Facebook.

If leaving a public reveiw, please do try and put in as much detail as you can - this helps readers understand how WoW works, and why it's worth turning up to a pop up!
I'm new to WoW, where have you been all my life?
I love you too! But I do need an FAQ, if you've been on the yarnwagon from the start, or only recently discovered me, please also use the feedback form to chuck questions at me that should really have a home on the website somewhere. I know there's information I need to make clearer, but I bet there are some obvious ones not on my list. Ask me anything! (Seriously, please ask, it will help me out a lot).
what else do you want to see from WoW?
Is there something you wish I did? Let me know in the comments :)
